Multiplayer slither arena — longest tail wins.

Snake.io on Stario is a real-stakes multiplayer slither arena. Three to ten players spawn into the same map, slither toward food pellets to grow longer, and try to coil opponents into running into your trail. The match runs on a timer; longest survivor takes the largest share of the Stars pot.

Snake.io controls

Move your finger or mouse to steer your snake's head. Eat food pellets (small dots) to grow longer. If another snake's head touches your body, they die and their length converts to food along their trail. If your head touches another snake's body or your own, you die.

Boosting (hold the boost button) doubles your speed but slowly drains length. Use it to escape tight spots or to lap a slow opponent into your coil.

Snake.io on Stario

Stario's Snake.io uses server-authoritative collision so trail-cutting cheats don't work. Bot opponents fill empty seats. Stake tiers from FREE through Elite. Prize splits by survival rank — top three usually share the pot.

Slither tips

  • Coil tighter when boosting near a target — the boost trail is hard to recover from if your prey escapes.
  • Cut across other snakes' paths from the side, never from behind.
  • Late-game, hug the map edge. Most kills happen in the food-rich center.

Snake.io on Stario FAQ

How does the boost work?

Holding boost doubles your speed but drains ~1 length unit per second. Use sparingly — being mid-length without boost is more dangerous than having a thin tail with boost in reserve.

Does my length carry between matches?

No — every match starts you at minimum length. Stario Snake.io is round-based, not persistent.
