How RPS works on Stario
Both players have 10 seconds per round to lock in rock, paper, or scissors. Both reveals happen simultaneously after both have chosen, or when the timer expires (any unselected player gets a random choice). Standard rules: rock beats scissors, scissors beat paper, paper beats rock. First to win the majority of rounds wins the match.
Tie rounds (both pick the same) don't count toward the win — they're replayed without score change.

Match length is short — typical best-of-3 finishes in under a minute. Bots fill empty seats with rank-tuned reading: rank 1 picks counter-strategically, rank 5 plays randomly. Bot pick has a 1–9 second humanizing delay so the match feels like a real exchange, not a timer.
